Barcelona, Spain – The Freedom Flotilla Coalition is delighted to announce that the two Women’s Boats to Gaza are ready to travel! They will arrive in Barcelona Monday September 12 in the afternoon, to set sail September 14 with the goal of breaking the illegal blockade of Gaza.
The two sail boats, Amal-Hope and Zaytouna-Oliva, have a capacity of up to 15 passengers each. Though small in number, the boats will carry the strength and experience of its renowned female participants from around the world, sailing in solidarity with the Palestinian struggle for full freedom of movement.
The boats will be available for viewing to the public before this historic journey begins:
